Jussie goes to the Oscars

It’s Oscar Weekend and the nod for Worst Director has already been sewn up by Jussie Smollett for not knowing which way the CCTV camera was pointing when he staged his love-letter paean to the MSM, working title: Fake Noose.

It’s a dead heat tie for the Worst Supporting Actor: the Chicago by way of Nigeria back to Chicago brothers were sure bets to take home the prize for their stellar work in the Best Scene Left Unseen Category.

None of this will matter on Sunday night of course; those who waste a perfectly good Sunday evening watching such narcissistic tripe will no doubt be treated to the The Most #Woke Oscars Ever Until Next Year.

I have no idea what or who are up for the Little Statue this time around as my shadow did not darken a movie theater doorway in the whole of 2018.

The Wakanda Story is up for Best Pic, but I only am aware because The Buzz was unavoidable.

So I predict a Big Win for that pic cuz  Intersectionality I guess.

Really, is there anything more boring than Hollywood these days?

I guess there is a reason Netflix and the other streamers are kicking Tinseltown’s box office ass.
