Omarosa aired some dirty laundry from her time spent at the White House with other D-list celebrities on reality television show “Big Brother” last Wednesday. During several scenes of the show, the former White House employee said she was called to “serve her country,” but she made it clear that she did not enjoy her time spent at the White House to the other guests on the show.
In one scene, she is sitting and chatting with the other guests, discussing Trump and Obama’s actions surrounding the Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals and her belief that they were duped into signing up and identifying themselves to the government who could decide to deport them at any time if a future administration changes their minds on their status. She said they were now “cracking down” on the DACA recipients.
She then began talking about Vice President Pence, “Can I just say this, as bad as y’all think Trump is, you would be worried about Pence,” she said. “Everybody that’s wishing for impeachment, might want to reconsider their life.”
“We would be begging for the days of Trump back, if Pence were to become President, that’s all I’m saying,” Omarosa added. “He’s extreme. I’m Christian, I love Jesus, but he thinks Jesus tells him to say things… I’m like, Jesus didn’t say that. Scary.”
She admitted later, in hushed tones, to another house-guest on the show (Ross Mathews) that she was “haunted by tweets” from President Trump, “I was haunted by tweets every single day. Like, what is he going to tweet next?”
When asked if anyone tried to stop him, she responded “I tried to be that person, but then all the people around him attacked me. It was like ‘keep her away, don’t give her access, don’t let her talk to him.”
She said Americans should be worried, “It’s going to not be OK. It’s not.”
The White House responded by dismissing her allegations, admitting that she in fact, was fired by the White House. “Omarosa was fired three times on The Apprentice, and this was the fourth time we let her go,” the Deputy Press Secretary said as he made a small smirk.
“She had limited contact with the President while here, she has no contact now,” he added.
