Username

The username must be unique. If it has been used before, you will be told so by the form. This is okay, as you can change the display name later. If the username is fairly unique, you may have registerd before, so go to the login tab and click the “forgot password” link. 

Email

Any email service will work. Free emails can be registered with Gmail, Yahoo, and other service providers if you do not want to use a personal email service. 

Password
