Supreme Court rules Trump not entitled to special treatment over tax records

Case being sent back down to Lower Court where Trump can still fight it.

The Supreme Court just ruled 7-2 that President Trump is not entitled to special treatment regarding New York obtaining his tax returns. The case is being sent back back down to the Lower Court where President Trump can still fight it.

Expect that specific items in the returns will be selectively leaked over the next four months without the specific context which applies to them if New York gets them.

Just another attack against the President that will provide ammo to the Left to impeach President Trump if he is reelected. Of course, the goal is to use the info to keep him from being reelected.

NOTE:  SCOTUS also ruled that the President exerting executive privilege negates Congress ability to obtain Taxes. However, if New York does get them, they will be released to Congress by New York so this is immaterial.
