Senate Republicans Murkowski, Flake, and Collins along with Senate Democrat Joe Manchin have reportedly said they will be voting to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Several other Democrats are reportedly going to be breaking ranks with their greater party coalition and also voting to confirm the nominee despite the antics that their party has put Kavanaugh through during the judiciary hearings.
A source close to Senator Manchin told Elaina Plott of the Atlantic “Short of claims that definitively prove Dr. Ford’s allegations or a realization that Kavanaugh will gut the healthcare law, Manchin will side with the overwhelming number of people in WV who want Kavanaugh confirmed.”
"Manchin likes Kavanaugh and has always wanted to find a way to support him."

It probably helped that the latest polling out of West Virginia today is showing the race to be a dead heat between the Republican Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and Democrat Senator Joe Manchin.
This is a major coup for the President going into the midterms and will undoubtedly elate Republicans throughout the country. The Democrat base will be seething with anger once the roll call votes are recorded if there are significant defections from their party to vote in favor of Kavanaugh’s elevation to the Supreme Court.
Also, Bob Corker, a frequent Trump adversary in the Senate, has announced his full support of Brett Kavanaugh in a statement stating that he believes that Judge Kavanaugh “deserves the presumption of innocence.” He added that while the testimony was interesting, “nothing that has been presented corroborates the allegation.”
