Is former Attorney General Eric Holder the only person who can save America from 8 years of Literally Orange Hitler?
Eric Holder certainly seems to think so:
Former Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. said Wednesday he’s considering making a run for president.
“I think I’ll make a decision by the end of the year about whether or not there’s another chapter,” Mr. Holder said at a breakfast sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor.
Mr. Holder is currently fundraising and flexing his political muscles by running former President Barack Obama’s chief political operation, the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, to try to put their party in better shape ahead of the redrawing of political maps after the 2020 census.
Asked if those were a prelude to running for office, he said “We’ll see.” Pressed again on whether that meant a presidential bid, he again said, “We’ll see.”
Eric Holder was, of course, Barack Obama’s attorney general for six years, and had served as deputy attorney general in the Clinton administration before that.
Holder had racked up an impressive list of accomplishments as Obama’s attorney general, including:
- Becoming America’s first African-American attorney general.
- Overseeing the disaster that was the Fast and Furious scandal, in which the Obama administration ran guns to Mexican drug cartels in a bizarre effort to create a gun control narrative. This is the scandal that resulted in border patrol agent Brian Terry being gunned down with one of these weapons.
- Becoming the first and only attorney general in US history to ever be held in contempt of Congress.
The Democrat party is truly desperate if they’re entertaining Eric Holder for the top spot on their ticket in 2020. Trump will chew him up and spit him out.
I look forward to it.
