The first results are in for the immigration issue. It isn’t looking good for illegal aliens wanting to continue abusing our system.
The illegal alien that was deported was given permission to stay every year for the last four years. Now she’s been deported thanks to Trump’s executive order making it a priority to get aliens to be deported.
For four years, federal immigration authorities have given Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos a pass to remain in the U.S. rather than deport her back to Mexico.
That changed Wednesday, when Garcia de Rayos went to check in as usual at the central Phoenix offices of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Instead of being released, she was taken into custody, while her husband, two children — both U.S.-born citizens — and a group of supporters watched in tears.
Frankly, I hope this is repeated across the entire United States. Many times.
The article continues with the handwringing:
And by Wednesday night, her case had become the latest epicenter of the national debate over immigration enforcement. Before midnight, after hours of protests outside the ICE office on North Central Avenue, federal vehicles left the facility, possibly with Garcia de Rayos inside.
Her family and supporters fear Garcia de Rayos, 36, may be deported quickly to Mexico. That, they say, would make her among the first casualties under a shift in policy by ICE under President Donald Trump.
Of course, the lefties and the entitled illegal aliens used to being catered to by liberals in both parties came out to protest. The same ones who were blocking the roads during Trump rallies also showed their ugly mugs as well:
Earlier, protesters had gathered at the ICE office in an attempt to block federal vehicles from leaving the grounds. Inside the gates were buses and vans used to transport people in ICE custody to detention centers, or to the border for deportation.
After 9 p.m., police officers amassed on the south side of the facility as protesters continued to block access, chanting “Justice!” and “Power to the people, no one is illegal!
The effort was organized by Puente Arizona, the group known for blocking roads surrounding a Donald Trump campaign rally in Fountain Hills last year.
The crowd Wednesday peaked at an estimated 200 people, with the number of protesters dwindling after police arrived.
The scene remained peaceful past 10 p.m., as most in the crowd complied with officers’ requests to stay off the street. Phoenix police, wearing helmets, stood by.
But as some protesters continued to block vehicles, several people were taken into custody. Phoenix police Sgt. Jonathan Howard said seven people were arrested, all peacefully.
Puente Arizona is a social justice agitator group. Essentially a domestic terrorist operation. It is only a matter of time until they become violent, since they like to block roads and attack ICE.
Her anchor babies are angry that their Mexican mother has been deported:
Puente director Carlos Garcia said protesters would stay as long as Garcia de Rayos’ family was there.
Asked how long she planned to stay, the woman’s daughter, Jaqueline Rayos Garcia, 14, had a simple answer: “Until I get my mom back.”
HA HA HA HA HA!
Sorry, I lost my compassion when your mom AND DAD decided to take a crap all over our laws:
Garcia de Rayos’ husband does not have legal status and did not want to be identified. “Basically we are Americans,” he said. “This is our country. We were brought here when we were teens.”
If it was MY America and I was President, this whole family would be sitting on the deportation bus/train/airplane.
Anchor babies were born to parents who were not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. They were here ILLEGALLY. They didn’t have our permission to enter into our country, therefore, their children are NOT citizens.
The 14th amendment doesn’t grant these foreign citizens children a single thing. Hopefully Trump can reunite these children with their mother.
And the mayor of Phoenix wanted to use some farcical excuse that Garcia De Rayos didn’t cause any harm:
Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton, via Twitter, said: “Rather than tracking down violent criminals and drug dealers, ICE is spending its energy deporting a woman with two American children who has lived here for more than two decades and poses a threat to nobody.“
Yet, she was ARRESTED in 2008 for impersonation and served jailtime!
In 2008, Garcia de Rayos was arrested in a workplace raid, convicted of felony impersonation and served six months in ICE detention before being released later that year
How much do you want to bet that this illegal alien was using someone ELSE’s social security number, false ID, getting welfare and other state assistance while not paying any taxes?
These people are a menace. Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton should be asked if he supports felons and defrauding the state and federal government as well as identity theft of American citizens.
Let us see him stutter through that response.
